Elopements + Small or Micro Weddings

Are you leaning towards something small and non traditional? Something more unique to you and your fiancĂ©? You can create the most personal and extravagant wedding on a small scale. Having less people, less things, and less to-do can be a huge benefit! This could eliminate so much stress! There are some incredible venues and locations for a wedding when you scale back to an elopement or a little wedding. Think of hiking spots, creeks, rocky waterfalls, Lake Superior vistas and the Wilderness Drive or Preachers’ Grove around Itasca State park. Maybe the Lost 40, or Norway Beach in Chippewa National Forest? Stony Point, Federal Dam or some hidden bay on Leech Lake. When you look outside that “traditional” venues list, you start to see the possibilities for absolutely stunning wedding locations. Ceremonies can be on a mountaintop! Portraits can be under the waterfall. Your getting ready images are filled with story and emotion, and hiding your hiking boots underneath your lace gown. If you’re willing to take a step out side the box, to a local restaurant, small chapel, campus library, and/or/ESPECIALLY outdoors, I can guarantee you will find some serious joy in the adventurous images we create out there.
